Invitation from Marcia for Return to Joy

What the heck happened??

Seeing that we are part of All That Is, this Infinite Universe, among trillions of stars, endless galaxies, why do we feel such anxiety, depression, and endless fear in so many different areas of our lives?

If you are asking these questions, then you are asking the perfect questions to create an opening to your return to self, your return to Joy, your return to the truth of who you are.

We ARE, magnificent and powerful beyond imagination, after all we are all children of the Divine!
We are blessed beyond imagination as well, created perfectly and in the image of All That IS…………as above, so below.

We ARE Spiritual Beings having a human experience.

When we experience fear and self- limiting beliefs about ourselves it does not feel good, nor should it, because it is not the truth.  When we experience and express unbridled love, appreciation, and gratitude, we know expansion and infinite possibility, and that does feel good! We feel joy because we are in alignment with our true nature and that IS the truth.

The Monday evening group, Returning to Joy, provides an opportunity for those who believe there has to be a better way and that life is supposed to be a gift and not an endless struggle.

This group is NOT a therapy group, it is an educational opportunity to learn about who we are, how we are created and what actually resides within our own God-given physiology that when correctly activated, returns us to our true nature, a state of Joy and well-being.

The time of struggle is over!  We have much to accomplish and in a state of Joy and in partnership with the Divine — infinite possibilities await us.

Joy IS our nature… join us in re-membering who we Are,

Peace and Grace and Ease to you and yours,
Marcia

Return to Joy: Soul Tool #1: The Time for Suffering is Over

Human Emotions are a gift from the Divine. They are the Creative Life Force Within.

When we are centered from within, expressing our true nature through the e-motions of love, appreciation, acceptance, patience, gratitude, etc., we experience inspiration, “being in the flow”, ease, well-being, balance and partnership with the Divine.

Truly, this feels great!

When we lose our center, chronically experiencing everything external to ourselves as more important, we feel stressed and experience feelings of anger, frustration, anxiety, self doubt, imbalance, overwhelm, etc. Nothing seems to work.

This does not feel good. This imbalance is a direct reflection of misalignment with our soul.

THIS is why more struggle and suffering will never work and why empowering our own nature, by inspiring our heart, is the only sane answer.

3 Minute Exercise which Shifts Perspective to Recreate Your Life

  1. The Latin derivative of respiration is to re-spirit.  We simply need to breathe!
  2. Every hour on the hour, stop for 3 minutes and focus on your breathing.  Just consciously breathe.  It is Divinely Ordained that everything we need is found in the present moment. Imagine, a world that stops for 3 minutes, every hour on the hour, simply to consciously breath.
  3. As we Re~Spirit, remembering we are loved and that we are love, imagine the creative abilities we can awaken within and from our heart space, answer any and all presenting changes and challenges.

Return to Joy: Stories of Transformation from Marcia’s Group Volume 1

Before coming to the Returning to Joy classes I was petrifed about any medical procedures. In recent weeks however I have been having to face them, but I have been able to do so in a much more centered manner.  The classes have taught me how to meditate and breathe to allow the Divine to support me through these anxiety-provoking appointments.  Not necessarily trusting the effect however group members then encouraged me to trust this approach as they spoke of their own experiences. Well, I can now attest that grounding oneself, breathing and purposefully opening up oneself to another dimension does ease the anxiety,  allows the work to be done and even changes the initial plan!  My leg’s no longer needed to shake, my hands no longer needed to grasp and hold on tightly, and miraculously I was also informed I no longer needed such an intrusive procedure. I was able to let go, welcome the Divine Support and reap from the healing energy.

The classes, Marcia and members of the group are a great support as the experiences shared and tried allow me to experience Being in a more tranquil manner. I could not ask for a better gift!

Return to Joy: Stories of Transformation from Marcia’s Group Volume 2

For years, I blamed my husband for everything.  My life is changing and our relationship is improving as a result.  I am beginning to ”see the light” and have so much to look forward to.

Monday nights with Marcia Reddington-Lawton has become an experience I look forward to each and every week.  It’s an intimate group of people bringing more peace, joy and happiness into their lives through communication, meditation and spirit.

For me, it is a continuous awakening of the heart and soul.

For this I am very grateful.

With a smile from the Heart……

Return to Joy: Stories of Transformation from Marcia’s Group, Volume 3

This is a profound class that is life changing with ripples for all.

I have been coming to learn from Marcia and the group for several months now and have been diligent in working on what is taught but then also reading and researching more information to support all that is being said, and all that I feel in the changes going on in my life. I struggle with the two sides but am finding a balance between humanity and spirituality, ie: rationality and seeing things as a human eye sees them vs. seeing things and allowing the inner eye to make one more aware. I feel like I am seeing the world more visually and am taking greater appreciation for images, moments in life and events or people that cross my path. I am truly enjoying life more, struggling less and appreciating the wealth and gifts that surround me. I have come to realize that abundance doesn’t necessarily mean having more. It means to realize what you have and how to appreciate it to it’s fullest.

As I was driving into work today I was respiriting and grounding myself and appreciating the snow, sunshine and energy. I drove by a home that I go past at least twice a day and was able to focus and see a brass Eagle on top of a flag pole!!! In the past I had not seen it or if I had, just taken it for granted as the topping of the flag pole. Today I saw it as another powerful message that is connecting me to new spiritual energy! Thank you so much and have a wonderful rest of your week!!

Re-Membering How To Re-Spirit Myself

Marcia, you asked us to come up with a “re-spiriting plan” to inspire us when we wish to raise our vibration and remember who we are. Here is the start of mine. I look forward to adding to it as an on-going project with infinite possibilities!

Find a friend. Find a journal. Play a song. Dance along. Touch a leaf. Or a petal. Pat a cat. Feel the sun on my face. Gaze at the moon. Count the stars. Walk a beach. Choose a crystal. Hold it close. Make some art. Take a bath. Close my eyes. Shed a tear. Tell the truth. Write a poem. Make a list of what I love: hyacinth, hydrangea, peony and poppy. Butterflies, dragonflies, sunsets and coffee. Hold my heart. Listen to the songbirds. Sit in the garden. Follow a bee. Smell the lavender. Taste the clover. Watch a spider. Rake the leaves. Lay on the grass. Follow the clouds. Follow my breath. See where it leads. Feel the joy ~ of coming home.
