Recommendations are Made in Good Faith

The owners of this site make recommendations based upon their good faith belief that the product or service will benefit the purchaser.

We DO NOT sell or rent our customer lists or e-mail addresses to other companies. Our e-mail list is maintained by a professional third party company, Constant Contact, a certified secure company that ensures your privacy. Each time you subscribe to our newsletter or sign up for any of our free or informational reports or services, your information is added to our main database.

We understand that you are busy and promise to only communicate when we have meaningful and important information to share. We offer you options for how often you’d like to hear from us at the bottom of each email (through the blue Update Profile link).

Check Policy

  1. We are happy to accept checks from people we have a current address and phone number on file.
  2. If your check should be returned for insufficient funds, we will no longer be able to accept checks from you, and you will be charged a $10 cancelled check fee for this and any subsequent attempts by the bank to process the check. 

Retail and Reading Policy

Retail- Returns and Exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt if the item is in resalable condition.  Refunds will be given in the same tender as the purchase. 

During Readings we realize there may not always be an energetic match between the reader and sitter. If within 5 minutes you feel you are not getting the type of service you were expecting, please stop the reading and let your reader and UC staff member know. The reader may also stop the reading at any time if a connection is not made or sustained. In event this occurs the customer can opt to see another reader if available.

We truly believe there is value in every reading and there is something you need to hear when you come in open to here it, regardless of the reader. It may be difficult to hear things that come up in a reading. Style and the way the information is conveyed are all preferential. After 5 minutes, payment for the service will be required and/or not refunded. Readings in which are stopped by the reader will be pro-rated, refunded, or not charged.

Cancellations Policy for Healing Arts/Services (includes readings, massage, energy work, etc.):

  1. We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel a reservation for a healing arts appointment (for event cancellation policy, see above). 
  2. If you do not show for an appointment – or you cancel with less than 24 hours notice — we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to half the amount of the planned healing arts service.
