Meditation

One of the surest routes to peace and balance in your life is finding the time to meditate.  It’s time that will pay great dividends in the rest of your day, making you more effective, calmer, resilient to stress, and even happier.  Meditation has been scientifically proved to reduce stress and improve health.  It also helps you connect to the stillness inside – that place where you know the answers for all the questions you have.  And, it connects you to spirit, making room for communication with your higher self and your guides, angels, and the Universe.

At Uplifting Connections, we offer many resources to help you experience meditation.  We have several CD’s and books as well as a meditation group every Tuesday morning from 10-11:30 with Rachelle Croteau called Meditating with the Angels (see below for more information).
