Take in the healing vibration frequencies of chakra bowls and a low tone gong while all cozy on your mat with blankey and pillow. Ride the waves as they wash over you. It ends with a beautiful sea drum. Stay afterwards to intuitively select an affirmation card that pairs up with an essential oil sample that you take with you for continued healing.
NOTE! While you will need to bring a yoga mat, pillow and blankey, there are four lounge chairs that are first come, first serve when reserving your spot. Space is limited to 20 people. Cost for a healing spot is $45.00.
