Directions to Uplifting Connections

Uplifting Connections is near the intersection of Routes 24 and 104 in Bridgewater, MA. It is across from Emma's Pub, a locally-popular watering hole! Please call if you need assistance: 508.697.2334

From points north:

1. Take Route 128 to Route 24 South.
2. Take Exit 15 for Route 104 and Bridgewater.
3. Turn left at end of ramp.
4. Go about a half mile, and Uplifting Connections is on your left just after the Mobil Station.

From points south:

1. Take Route 24 North.
2. Take Exit 15 to Route 104.
3. Turn right at end of ramp (toward Bridgewater).
   
4. UC will be on your left in less than a half mile (just after the Mobil station).

From the Cape:

1. Take Route 495 toward Worcester.
2. Exit at Route 24 North.
   
3. Take first exit (15) to Route 104.
   
4. Turn right at end of ramp (toward Bridgewater).
   
5. UC will be on your left in less than a half mile (just after the Mobil station).
   

From points west:

1. Take 495 East.
2. Exit at Route 24 North.
3. Take Exit 15 to Route 104.
4. Turn right at end of ramp toward Bridgewater
5. Uplifting will be on your left in less than a half mile (just after Mobil station).

From points east:

1. Find your way to Route 104 heading west (Routes 18 and 106 intersect with Route 104 in the center of Bridgewater).
2. From the common in Bridgewater, follow signs for Route 104 West toward Raynham (note: 104 takes a right hand turn soon after you have exited the rotary in the center of town).
3. Follow for approximately 3 miles, through 3 lights.
4. Just after the 3rd light, you'll see Uplifting Connections on your right - just before the Mobil Station and diagonally across from Emma's Pub.
